After receiving my "Teach English as a Foreign Language" (TEFL) certification from the LADO International Institute in Washington, D.C., I opened Sunrise Language Solutions, LLC and collaborated with stakeholders in various organizations (i.e. construction, healthcare, hospitality) to assess the English training needs of employees and developed training programs to meet those needs. Some of those assessments revealed a need for Spanish language training as well. I added Spanish to the selection.

My philosophy is "To Learn is to Grow", and communicating effectively with others is a vital component of growth, and leaders who build a culture of positive and effective communication can bring about transformation and help a business reach its goals.
